“Plants Will Be Friends” was born from a simple idea: plants truly become our friends when we get to know them. I like to take the time to observe each plant. As I paint, I discover new details in them, and I want to convey this sense of discovery through my artwork as well. I believe that the more we get to know something, the closer we grow to it.
